We stay with you and are here to make sure you have someone you can rely on and turn to. For example, we take you to the shops we work with and who can advise you well if you want help choosing the furniture for your new home.

There is always the last minute hassle of not knowing what to do next and who to turn to. We can help you arrange all matters and the last dots on the i of garden jobs, installation of internet, TV, alarm systems, air conditioning, plumbers, contractors, pool cleaners, etc. We will also check these jobs for you if you are not able to be here, with updates and information.

Our service also includes the help of setting up any Spanish bank accounts, translations when needed, legal advice , getting you on the “padron” civil register from the town hall, help with NIE numbers and residencias, home insurance, etc.
