The Costa Cálida is the tourist name for the 250 km long coast of the Murcia region. The Costa Cálida is a bit quieter than the Costa Blanca. This region has a microclimate with more than 300 sunny days per year and a rainfall of less than 340 mm. The Costa Cálida stretches from El Mojon in the north (Alicante province) south of Cuatro Calas near Águilas.
